Aitken Rowe Testing Laboratories Pty Ltd was established in April 1992. ARTL is a high quality provider of Construction Materials Testing, Geotechnical Engineering and drilling services in NSW, ACT and Northern Victoria. ARTL is a totally independent and locally owned practice.  

Permanent NATA accredited base laboratories are situated at Wagga Wagga, Griffith and Albury with NATA accreditation to establish site annex laboratories as required.
