Brief Introduction:
Aitken Rowe Testing Laboratories Pty Ltd was established in April 1992 to provide geotechnical testing and consultancy services in the Riverina, Southern Tablelands and Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. The firm is a totally independent and locally owned practice specialising in the related fields of geotechnical engineering, environmental science, consultancy and project management , and material testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, water and aggregate.
Since its establishment , ARTL has become highly regarded for providing fast, accurate, reliable and high quality service to its clients using recognised Australian Standard and NSW RTA test methods.
ARTL has extended its services due to its rapid growth by now covering all NSW and Northern Victoria by the establishment of a second permanent laboratory in Griffith NSW and annex and mobile laboratories servicing contracts outside the Riverina M.I.A. regions. .
• The practice is completely independent and locally owned specialising in Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Consultancy and Construction Control Testing.
Shareholders:
Aitken Rowe Testing Laboratories ( ARTL ) consist of four equal shareholders, Bevan Rowe, Clare Rowe, Barbara Aitken and Peter Aitken. All parties hold 25% interest of the business.
Stakeholders:
Internal Stakeholders are Bevan Rowe, Clare Rowe, Peter Aitken and Barbara Aitken, the shareholders. You might also consider employees to be internal stakeholders especially the long term ones who have invested additional time and training in this particular business and depend on its success for their current remuneration as well as longer term for their long service leave and Superannuation entitlements.
External stakeholders include the customers of the business like RTA, etc who rely on the expertise of this company for the creation or delivery of their own goods and services. Customers and clientele also control the general publics view of a business and its reputation and value of goodwill it holds.
ARTL external stakeholders includes the business community who interact with this company relying on them to a degree by delivery of goods or services to that business. Also included as stakeholders would be the Taxation Department and Commonwealth Government as stakeholders as they have also shared in the prosperity of this enterprise, and have set Laws and Legislation's for Aitken Rowe and other businesses to abide by.
